- Doubly snugly and made with 2 layers of fabric in core garment suitable for all year round
- This 1.5 TOG Material is ideal for room temperatures between 18°C & 22°C
- Made with soft brushed cotton for added extra softness and warmth. Brushing process creates a soft pile which helps provide warmth
- Helps transition to arms-free independent sleep whilst maintaining an established sleep routine

- Note: We've made some updates to improve our temperature guide and product range. If you notice a difference in the temperature range on your packaging or label, rest assured that both ranges (18-22°C and 18-24°C) are perfectly safe. The slight adjustment to the new 1.5 TOG products makes them slightly warmer, which is why we updated the recommended temperature range.
Care Instructions
- Wash before first use
- Close zipper before washing
- Warm gentle machine wash in wash bag with similar colours
- Pull into shape after washing, before tumble drying/line drying
- Tumble dry on low
- Any warm or extra warm garments – tumble dry inside out on second cycle for quicker drying
- Warm iron if necessary
- Wash immediately after every use
- Do not soak or bleach garment, iron zip or dry clean
- Dark printed colors may fade or change after washing. This does not compromise the quality or comfort of our products.

The fit should be snug
A snug fit around the arms and torso helps calm the Moro/Startle Reflex. The neck hole should fit closely and comfortably without being restrictive (you should be able to get 1 to 2 fingers in the neck hole). The neck hole must not be able to pass up and over the baby's mouth.

What is a TOG rating?
TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade and is an industry-recognised measurement for the warmth of garments and bedding. Put simply: The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the fabric. Below are guidelines around how to dress your baby/toddler based on the room temperature. This is only a guide. The number of clothing layers may vary according to a baby's health, their physiology & the temperature in the room.

Each Swaddle Up™ size is designed to fit babies within a particular weight range. We recommend that you always select the size according to your baby’s weight.
What does TOG mean?
Put simply: The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the fabric. A 1.0 TOG is ideal for MODERATE room temperatures between 20°C to 24°C.
