Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we hold if you sign in with Google or Facebook, and how to have it deleted.

What we receive when you sign in with Google or Facebook

When you choose to sign in to your Love to Dream™ account with Google or Facebook, we receive your name and email address from that provider. We use them only to create and manage your Love to Dream™ account. We do not receive your password, contacts, friends list or posts.

Your Love to Dream™ account may also hold information you have given us directly, such as delivery addresses, order history and your child's date of birth or due date.

How to request deletion

Email customercare.ca@lovetodream.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my data". We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on the request.

We will delete your account and the personal information linked to it within 30 days and confirm by email. We may need to keep some records, such as order and payment records, where the law requires it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disconnecting Google or Facebook

You can also remove Love to Dream™ from your Google account (Security > Third-party connections) or your Facebook account (Settings > Apps and websites). This stops Google or Facebook sharing your details with us next time you sign in. It does not delete your Love to Dream™ account. To do that, email us as described above.
